Energy bars
These are recipes for making energy bars at home. These are based off of what I had at home, but still based on what's available online.
Energy bar 1
- Mix 1/2 cup of almond flour, 1.5 cups of protein powder, 2 cups of peanut butter, 1/2 cup of starch syrup (물엿) in a bowl and mix until they combine.
- Transfer into the lined baking dish and press firmly in place. Refrigerate or freeze until firm.
