    • weight /2 = baseline H2O requirements (e.g. 210 / 2 = (105 oz) + 4 hr. training (= 32oz) = 4 liters)
  • Temperature
    • temps usually drop by about 5.4°F for every 1,000 vertical feet you gain
    • cancel if wind over 25 mph
