Change hostname without a restart

To permanently change the computer name
Edit /etc/hostname and /etc/hosts

Restart hostname service

$ systemctl restart systemd-logind.service

Use hostnamectl with set-hostname flag.

$ hostnamectl set-hostname NEW_NAME_HERE
