For optimal results
Start the breathing exercise with a cycle of seven continuous repetitions of inhalation and exhalation, resting at intervals of two minutes. Repeat the cycle three times, twice a day.
According to your resistance, lung capacity, and results, you could regulate the flow of the valve while maintaing the same repetition cycle as the beginning.
Cleaning instructions
Wash the device by hand in hot water with a little bit of soap. Shake off any excess water and air dry.

INSTRUCTIONS
- Start by removing the mouthpiece cover from the mouth end.
- Place within the mouth and adjust placement as needed.
- Focus on breathing through the breathing training device.
- Use your diaphragm and ab exertion to push air out.
- Adjust the resistance level to find a suitable point for your breathing capability. Proceed to inhale and exhale.
- Repeat several times, making sure you rest in sets.
- Do not eert yourself. Discontinue use if feeling dizzy or lightheaded.
