  3. "나" 라는 단어를 더 많이쓰고 "너"라는 표현은 자제한다.
  4. 종합적으로 말하지 말고 자세히 말한다.
  • 부정적 감정을 상대가 말할때 방어적 태새만 취하지 않는다. 부정적 감정을 잘 표현하는 것보다 더 어렵다.
  • 상대의 불평을 방어적 태세를 취하지 않고 들어주어야 한다. 방어적 태세는 나만 정당성이 입증되면 되고 상대방의 감정따위는 상관없다라고 말하는 것과 같다.
